Becky Brooks was appointed as Executive Director in June 2015. Her professional roles include spells as Vice President at the International SPA Association (where she began her career as an intern) and as Executive Director at Imago Relationships International. Becky’s background includes executive experience in governance, sales, publications, events and strategic planning — skills she puts to good use when juggling time with her family, including her son and daughter’s sports and activities, and working with an amazing group of women in media.

Madeline Vied has worked in non-profit and association management for more than 6 years. Her experience includes work in customer service, public relations, event marketing, branding, content marketing and awards management across the public television, travel, technology and media industries. Stephanie Keally has a wide scope of skills and experience in association management. Prior to joining AWM, Stephanie oversaw the operations of a 501c3 association, leveraging change management through a time of strategic transition for the organization. Her operations and event management experience come from both corporate and nonprofit environments. Lisa Stephenson brings more than 25 years of experience in event planning, in a career spanning a variety of appointments and environments.
