The AWM Nominations Committee has put forth the 2026 AWM Board of Directors Slate of Candidates. Please read below to learn more about the directors proposed to join the AWM Board of Directors. Please cast your vote by February 20. Please email info@allwomeninmedia.org with questions.

BIOS FOR NEW DIRECTORS PROPOSED FOR THE SLATE OF CANDIDATES

Bridget Bogee, Head of Social, Meta AI

Bridget Bland Bogee is Head of Social, Meta AI. She previously led brand and social marketing for Meta including Meta brand launch, Meta House at Art Basel and the company’s current marketing campaign “It’s Your World,” featuring Coi Leray and Kid Super.

She holds a JD from Rutgers Law and a BA From Spelman College. Bridget started her career as a writer and producer for MTV and also has done on-camera work for MTV and BET. She’s held digital marketing and social marketing roles for Chrysler Fiat, The Recording Academy, Getty Images and Katie Couric Media.

Bridget is very proud of the Spelman College memorial scholarship in her mother’s name “Phyllis Diane Bland” (class of 1979) which goes to seniors in jeopardy of not graduating due to an outstanding tuition balance. To date, she and her sister Audrey (class of 2007) have raised $90,000 and helped 15 women to graduate through the scholarship. She proudly resides in Harlem with her daughters and husband.

Rashida Jones, Founder & CEO, Imagine Strategies (Former President MSNBC)

Rashida Jones is an Emmy Award–winning executive and corporate leader with a track record of leading large, complex organizations through periods of transformation, growth, and disruption. She is the former President of MSNBC, where she held end-to-end responsibility for the performance and growth of a multi-hundred-million-dollar business and led the organization’s transition to a digital-first, omnichannel operating model spanning streaming, social video, podcasts, newsletters, and live events. Her tenure was marked by sustained profitability and consistent revenue and cashflow performance amid significant industry change.

Jones brings deep experience operating at scale in complex, high stakes environments, aligning enterprise strategy, talent, and operations while stewarding culture and trust as core organizational assets. Informed by both executive leadership and board service, her approach emphasizes sound judgment, disciplined execution, and clear accountability.

Her current work reflects a global, multi-market perspective, advising and governing organizations operating across regions and regulatory environments. She serves as Chair of the CEO Council for World Leaders in Data & AI (WLDA), where she convenes senior executives to address the leadership, governance, and accountability implications of artificial intelligence.

Jones also serves as a Trustee of Hampton University, a Board Director of the We Are Family Foundation, an Advisory Board Member of Emotion Network (Italy), and a Non-Executive Board Director of Altius8 (UK).

She is a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and holds both a B.A. and an MBA from Hampton University.

Erin O’Flaherty, Head of Podcast, Wondery

Erin O’Flaherty is a senior media executive and editorial leader with more than 15 years of experience advancing inclusive, high-impact storytelling across audio, video, and emerging social platforms.

She currently serves as the Head of Creative Development within the newly formed Creator Services team at Amazon, where she leads Wondery’s editorial, creative, and operational strategy across all scripted and unscripted creator programming. Following a successful tenure as Head of Ongoing Series at Wondery, Erin was promoted to lead Wondery in 2025 after playing a central role in scaling the company’s creative output across their audio and video slate. As Wondery’s first major content hire following Amazon’s acquisition in 2021, she helped build the company’s video podcast infrastructure and scale a portfolio that now reaches millions of monthly viewers and listeners. Under her leadership, Wondery launched numerous successful original series, including Baby, This Is Keke Palmer, Reclaiming with Monica Lewinsky, MrBallen’s Medical Mysteries, Suspect, Will Be Wild, Kill List, and We Playin’ Spades with Nick Cannon, as well as collaborations with numerous creators including Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard, New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, and How I Built This.

Prior to her time at Amazon, Erin spent seven years at PBS, most recently as Director of Programming & Development where she served on the senior editorial team overseeing the commissioning, acquisition, production, and distribution of original primetime broadcast and digital series across multiple genres. Her work included leadership roles on flagship series such as Masterpiece, The Great British Baking Show, and American Masters, major BBC co-productions, and award-winning documentary films and series.

Earlier in her career, Erin worked in independent film in New York, most notably for several years on the Peabody Award–winning documentary film project REBIRTH during its decade-long production run. Erin proudly began her career in New Orleans with the filmmaking nonprofit organization NOVAC in New Orleans, managing outreach programs that supported local filmmakers in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

Erin holds a master’s degree in cultural studies from Dartmouth and a bachelor’s degree in marketing and Latin American studies from Tulane.

Michelle Duke, President of the NAB Leadership Foundation and Chief Impact Officer at the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) *Special 1-year appointment

Michelle Duke has devoted her career to empowering others to build meaningful careers in media.  Her leadership in developing and directing programs has influenced the career paths of thousands of individuals.

Duke holds two positions—president, NAB Leadership Foundation and chief impact officer,  National Association of Broadcasters (NAB). As the foundation’s president, she sets the strategic vision and operational direction to advance the foundation’s goal of building the next generation of broadcast leaders. Her leadership has helped shape some of the industry’s most impressive collegiate and leadership development programs which are consistently recognized for their demonstrated outcomes.

She created the much-needed Technology Apprenticeship Program to funnel more qualified engineering candidates into the hiring pipeline. She directed the Broadcast Leadership Training (BLT) program, the highly regarded curriculum for senior executives preparing for the C-suite or ownership.

Duke is the executive producer of the Celebration of Service to America, a nationally televised special featuring stories of outstanding community service by local broadcasters. The program has proven its success, averaging seven million viewers per year.

As NAB’s chief impact officer, Duke ensures that NAB and its members are equipped to meet the demands of a changing industry. She launched the Workforce Engagement Forum for HR Executives and the Workforce Symposium at the NAB Show— platforms designed to drive dialogue and innovation in workforce strategy. Within the NAB, she champions workforce culture and core values while helping staff navigate emerging workforce trends.

Duke has been named one of Radio Ink magazine’s Most Influential Women in Radio for thirteen consecutive years. She received the Mentoring and Inspiring Women’s Frances Preston Trailblazer Award and is listed on the Wall of Fame in the School of Media and Entertainment at her alma mater, Middle Tennessee State University.  She has also served on several nonprofit boards.
