Becky Brooks has served as President of AWM/F since 2015. Her professional roles include spells as Vice President at the International SPA Association and as Executive Director at Imago Relationships International. Becky’s background includes executive experience in governance, sales, publications, events and strategic planning — skills she puts to good use when juggling time with her family, including her son and daughter’s sports and activities, and working with an amazing group of women in media.

Lisa Stephenson brings more than 25 years of experience in event planning, in a career spanning a variety of appointments and environments. She has worked extensively in hotel management, association management, corporate hospitality and sports marketing event management. Amy Burton brings more than 20-years of experience in association management to the AWM/F team. She has extensive experience with membership, marketing, and development programs and excels at multi-tasking and picking up new skills. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, is an avid reader, and enjoys her downtime with her family, friends, and as many streaming services and podcasts as possible.

LaTonya J. Jackson, MBA is a seasoned association management and hospitality professional with over 15 years of experience managing operations, executing high-impact events and managing award programs. As Director of Awards & Projects, she oversees the prestigious Gracie Awards, driving strategic outreach, software implementation, and judging processes. Her career spans leadership roles in hospitality and nonprofit sectors, where she has consistently delivered results through strategic planning, customer engagement, and team development.

LaTonya holds an MBA from Sullivan University and a BA in Hospitality Management & Tourism from the University of Kentucky. Known for her collaborative spirit and problem-solving mindset, LaTonya brings passion and precision to every project she leads.

Jenny Rayyan boasts more than 15 years of experience in public relations, communications, and social media management in both the public and private sectors. She currently serves as Awards and Public Relations Manager at the Alliance for Women in Media, bringing to life and sharing stories of the incredible women the association highlights. As a self-professed news and true crime junkie, she is truly in her element working with media professionals within AWM. Outside of her professional life, Jenny has traveled to Guatemala annually for more than a decade to work with orphans and Guatemalans in need and considers this a highlight of her life. She holds a BA in Leadership Communications and Journalism, with a minor in Sociology from Asbury University.
