Juliet Papa has dedicated her career to local journalism in New York, covering all aspects of news in all formats - spoken, written and photographed. Her assignments have included the trials of Martha Stewart, Sean “Diddy” Combs, the Mafia Cops and John Gotti Sr. and Jr., and she has published several true-crime books including The Mafia Handbook and Ladykiller. Ms. Papa is the recipient of numerous Edward R. Murrow and New York Press Club awards. She was named the Associated Press Reporter of the Year in 2000. She sits on the Executive Committee of the Inner Circle, a journalists’ group that writes and performs a charity political lampoon show, and is also on the organizing committee of the annual Artists/Writers charity softball game in East Hampton, NY.

Bonnnie Erbé might be considered a local journalist but having covered national politics from Washington since 1975 she is rightly considered one of the most important and influential voices on Capitol Hill. Her contribution to women’s issues in journalism is equally impressive: Ms. Erbé created and hosts a weekly news analysis program on PBS, To the Contrary with Bonnie Erbé, which deals primarily with women’s issues. She is a contributing editor at USNews.com, the website of U.S. News & World Report, where she writes for the Thomas Jefferson Street blog, and also writes a syndicated newspaper column for the Scripps Howard News Service. She is on the National Board of Advisors of the Federation for American Immigration Reform.

Her producer and writer credits include NBC's daytime show Real Life, and primetime series and specials: ABC’s Psychic Detective, CBS's iWON.COM, A&E’s Biography, Lifetime’s Intimate Portrait, Rivals on Discovery and Top Secret Missions of the C.I.A. on the History Channel. For the past 16 years Ms. Shelley has worked as a producer and writer at Real Life Productions. Her dedication to journalism and women’s issues in particular epitomize the Gracies.

Sara Moulton’s work as a chef, cookbook author and television personality spans three decades. She was the on-air food editor for Good Morning America from 1997 to 2012, a job she combined with executive dining room chef at Gourmet magazine. Her fifth season as host of public television’s “Sara’s Weeknight Meals” began in October 2015. A protégée of Julia Child, Ms. Moulton’s career includes founding the New York Women’s Culinary Alliance and hosting several popular shows on the Food Network during its first decade. A teacher at heart, Sara’s mission has remained the same for decades: to help the home-cook get dinner on the table.

Sarah Moshman has worked as a field producer for shows on ABC, NBC, MTV, Bravo, Lifetime, and the Food Network, shooting and interviewing talent, often operating as a one-woman band. In 2012, Sarah launched a Kickstarter campaign to pursue her dream of directing a documentary about inspirational women. She raised over $28,000 in 60 days for her film “The Empowerment Project: Ordinary Women Doing Extraordinary Things”. Ms. Moshman turned that campaign and film into her full-time job, traveling to schools, groups, organizations, and corporate offices to screen the film, and start an important conversation around empowerment in America today. Ms. Moshman exemplifies the Gracies’ focus on empowering people to make change in their lives and follow their dreams.
